a) The User of www.autospec.co.za will note that the product information and specifications contained within www.AutoSpec.co.za have been provided and approved by the respective Manufacturers listed therein. AutoSpec accordingly does not warrant the accuracy of the product information and specifications in www.autospec.co.za or that they are fit for any particular purpose. AutoSpec (a division of Walsim Computers (Pty) Ltd t/a New Dimension Technology (NDTec)) accepts no liability for any claims, damages or loss of profits occurring as a result of the use of Product Ranges and/or Specifications contained within www.autospec.co.za. The onus remains on the User to exercise due care when selecting products and specifications as well as on the Manufacturers to ensure that the information contained in their Libraries is accurate.

b) Free use of www.autospec.co.za is permitted for all non-Professional users. Professionals are also welcome to use the site but will be required to register and subscribe at a later date and receive additional Professional functionality. Professional users include Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Interior Designers, Engineers and any other person who prepares drawings, specifications, schedules or Bills of Quantities as a professional service. All current AutoSpec Professional users are permitted free use of www.autospec.co.za as part of their current service agreement.

c) When a user of the site emails a specification to an email address, AutoSpec will not distribute or share that email address to any 3rd party whatsoever.
