Blue Moon received the nomination for The Design Award of the Federal Republic of Germany 2009. It is the country's highest distinction in the field of design. A company can only enter the competition for the Design Award if its product has already been awarded a national or international design prize. Another precondition for entry is that companies must have been nominated by the Ministries and Senators of the Federal States or by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology.

Duravit warranty policy

1. For delivered products, we give a warranty on:

  • Flawless material.
  • Professional construction and production.
  • We conform to the DIN norms, construction and test regulations, official test certificates and reports.
  • Production and certification is done according to ISO 9001 standards.

2. Warranty of five years on all ceramic products:

  • Natural fading of colour
  • Natural cracking
  • WNatural lifting of the glazing

3. Warranty of five years on baths and shower trays.

4. Warranty of two years on the technology used in spa and whirl baths.

5. Warranty of two years for all bathroom furniture.

6. Warranty of six months on all electric components. This is only if installed and assembled by a licensed installer or plumber.

7. Warranty of one year on all mechanisms and inlet valves.
