Our technical department has highly trained personnel that are always ready to assist you with any technical information or design you may require as well as advising our customers of the correct application of our wide range of domestic water heating solutions.

All installations of fixed electric storage water heaters must comply with the SANS 10254 code for plumbing purposes and all electrical installations must comply with SANS 10142 code for wiring of premises. our technical department will be able to assist any of our customers with any enquiries in this regard.

Warranty Service

The best systems and procedures support the staff that deals with warranty service enquiries and provides them with the capability to make quick and accurate decisions.

Guarantee period:

  • Pressurised cylinder - 5 years
  • Element and thermostat - 12 months
  • Draincock and safety valve - 24 months

Start of guarantee period:

The guarantee period is from date of manufacture as indicated on the geyser's serial plate, alternatively proof of purchase will have to be presented to the warranty service team.

Important notice:

Safety valves are not for re-use as this would result in the unsafe working of the geyser, particularly when replacing the thermostat. When replacing a thermostat the safety valve should be replaced at the same time.
