RECOMMENDED DOOR PANEL CONSTRUCTION

Aluminium or timber framed with male/female meeting stiles. Normal 44mm timber or standard shopfront aluminium profiles are preferred.

LOCKING

Final closure panel is locked into a fixed panel, a locking stile or hinged panel.

Top guide channels
19A aluminium or 19B brass channels - straight and curved - screw fixed to timer soffite.

Top guides
42/19ST (for aluminium doors) or 42/19E (for timber doors) offset guides fixed flush with door top rail.

Bottom rollers
Extra smooth-running 844SS ball-bearing assemblies, either mortised into timber doors or set into aluminium door stiles or rails with packing.

Bottom track
821B brass track set flush with finished floor level and set level on a continuous timber or hollow steel base. Stacking points come mounted on steel base plates.
