Max on Top® Compact Laminates

In this brochure we will give you all the technical information around the Max Exterior panel, which is made for outdoor applications. Max Exterior is not only a facade panel for the rear ventilated facade. The properties of the panel qualify it for all other outdoor-applications - like balconies or railing-fillers, outdoor-furniture, sunblinds, porches etc. also.

With this brochure we want to provide you with as much technical information as possible on the FunderMax Compact panel for indoor use. FunderMax Compact Interior is not only suitable for use in sanitary and wet rooms. The quality of the panels means that it is also suitable for all other indoor usage such as wall cladding, railing infill panels, furniture, tables, desks, column cladding and lab equipment etc.

FunderMax panels from the Universal collection are suitable for inside and exterior application. They are large-format duromer high-pressure laminates (HPL) in accordance with ON EN 438 type EGF. They are produced in lamination presses under great pressure and high temperature. FH surface (melamine).

Max Exterior panels are primarily made of wood that is processed into “kraft paper.” The wood accumulates as a byproduct during logging or in sawmills. We procure these raw materials from suppliers who are certified according to the FSC or PEFC standards. These standards confirm that the logging occurs in accordance with internationally valid rules for sustainable forestry.

No experiments! If you are looking for a worktop panel, that resists even the most aggressive chemicals in extreme working conditions of the laboratory sector, there is only one choice: MAX Resistance. Because the surface, protected with a dual cured urethane acrylic coating has proven itself to be unaffected by solvents and chemicals. Easy to clean and disinfect, it extends the serviceable life of your equipment (worktop panels, walls, tables etc.) enormously.

MAX Laminates of all thicknesses are made from natural fibres, amounting to some 60% of their total weight, and together with synthetic resins are fused under high pressure and temperature, hardening irreversibly in the process. They are thermoset plastics - High Pressure Laminates conforming to European Standard ES 438. Our Laminates contain no organic halogens (chlorine, fluorine, bromine etc.) as are found in propellants or PVC. They contain neither asbestos nor woodpreservatives such as fungicides or pesticides and are also free from sulphur, mercury and cadmium.
