IVORY 318/30:
Pourable Epoxy Grout
A three component, high strength epoxy pourable grout.
USES:
- Grouting in rail chair lugs and under rail chairs to pre-set
levels.
- Grouting of fixing bolts and anchors into concrete.
- Grouting under machine base plates and self -levelling
grout for bearing pads.
- Filling any gaps requiring a flowable high strength
compound.
- For effective horizontal flow a minimum of a 12mm or
greater gap is recommended.

IVORY 328:
Epoxy Mortar Tile Grout & Bonding Mortar
An epoxy mortar having excellent chemical and water resistance. Used for tile jointing in battery rooms, breweries, bottling plants, kitchens and dairies.
Mortar for re-pointing concrete spalls and honeycomb as well as for bonding of precast items.
ADVANTAGES:
- Excellent adhesion to most substrates including steel.
- Excellent chemical and water resistance.
- Water dispersible - excess material wiped off with damp
cloth - hands and equipment washed with water.
Flowscreed Industrial Top

FLOWSCREED INDUSTRIAL TOP:
A fast drying, pump applied, cement-based floor topping for fast track renovation of concrete floors.
USES:
Fast track renovation of floors in warehouses, production zones, aircraft hangers, automotive process lines and other areas where a hardwearing level floor is needed. Is laid at
5 30 mm, however an 8 mm average thickness is a typical expectation on a reasonably level base.
BENEFITS:
- Fast track floor refurbishment
- Strong durable floor topping
- Self levelling
- Rapid installation 2000m2 per day under suitable conditions
- Rapid setting walk on after 2- 4 hours under suitable conditions
- Fast drying install floor finishes after 24 hours dependent on thickness, ambient temperatures and humidity
- Single pack
- Protein free will not harbour bacteria

IVORY 328:
High Chemical Resistant Epoxy Tile Pointing Grout
A high chemical resistant epoxy resin based system
compounded with selected and graded aggregates to form a tile grouting compound impervious to penetration and
degradation by the process raw materials and cleaning
chemicals utilized in the food and beverage industry, and
unaffected by temperature restraints associated with steam cleaning and water temperatures reaching 80° C.
USES:
Grouting of ceramic tile joints in breweries, canneries,
distilleries, dairies, bakeries, food and meal processing
plants, sugar mills, battery rooms and any areas subject to
aggressive chemical conditions.
Isocrete K-Screed

ISOCRETE K-SCREED:
A semi-dry cementitious screed incorporating proprietary additives to produce an early drying, high strength screed.
Standard Isocrete K-Screed and Heavy Duty Isocrete K-Screed may be laid bonded, unbonded or floating (for weight saving and thermal or sound insulation) and may be used with proprietary underfloor heating systems.
Isocrete Composite K-Screed is a topping of Standard Isocrete K-Screed laid over a base of lightweight aggregate used for weight saving e.g. on roofs.
Additional data sheets are available for Isocrete K-Screed for weight saving, for impact sound insulation, for thermal insulation and for underfloor heating.
USES:
High traffic areas such as airports, shopping centres and hospitals where a high strength (Category A) screed is required, especially where thin finishes e.g. carpet, vinyl, wood or resin are to be used. Fast track construction and refurbishment projects where the screed needs to be trafficked or overlaid quickly. A final floor finish is required (e.g. vinyl, carpet, wood, tiles or epoxy resins).
Isocrete Self Level Plus

ISOCRETE SELF LEVEL PLUS:
A fast drying pump applied cement-based underlayment, for levelling of concrete floors before the installation of floor coverings. e.g. vinyl, carpets, ceramic tiles, wood block, linoleum or cork.
USES:
Suitable for floors in office buildings, shops, public buildings,
schools, hospitals, airports and prisons.
Isocrete Self Level Plus is laid at 3 10mm, however an 5mm average thickness is a typical expectation on a reasonably level base.
Isocrete Self Level Plus provides good resistance to impact, point loading and abrasion - making it suitable as a temporary work surface for following trades prior to vinyl being applied.
BENEFITS:
- Good resistance to point loading and abrasion
- Self levelling
- Rapid installation - 2000m² per day for 5 mm thickness, under suitable conditions
- Fast setting - walk on after 2 - 4 hours under suitable
conditions
- Fast drying - install moisture sensitive finishes after 24 hours dependent on thickness, ambient temperatures and humidity
- Single pack
- Protein free - will not harbour bacteria
