Flowchem VE RC
FLOWCHEM VE RC :
A roller coat vinyl ester resin based coating system, with excellent chemical and mechanical resistance. Applied between 0.5 and 1mm thick.
USES:
For protection of concrete walls, floors, kerbs, equipment bases, trenches and drains against aggressive chemicals, solvents and heavy duty mechanical plus thermal attack.
BENEFITS:
- Excellent thermal resistance, up to 145°C
- Excellent chemical resistance
- Fast curing – usually walk on within 12 hours

FLOWCHEM VE V-05 :
A vertical trowelled applied vinyl ester resin based screed system with excellent chemical and mechanical resistance. Applied approx. 5mm thick.
USES:
For protection of concrete walls, kerbs, equipment bases, trenches and rains against aggressive chemicals, solvents and thermal attack in medium duty areas.
BENEFITS:
- Excellent thermal resistance, up to 160°C
- Resistance to thermal shock
- Excellent chemical resistance
- Excellent abrasion and good impact resistance.

Lining Systems
Flowchem Honeycomb C
FLOWCHEM HONEYCOMB C :
Flowchem Honeycomb C is an insulating, extruded polypropylene honeycombed board with conductive polyester non-woven fabric faces, to be used only in conjunction with the Flowchem VE GL vinyl ester resin lining.
High performance (HP) grade available for heavy traffic conditions.
USES:
For isolation from concrete and masonry structures prior to the application of a glass fibre reinforced lining system, which will provide resistance to continuous or occasional
exposure from heavy duty chemical, thermal and mechanical attack.
BENEFITS:
- Insulation and isolation from existing structure
- Low electrically resistant surface – spark testing
- Provides sound platform for the Flowchem VE GL

For protection of concrete and metal structures subject to continuous or occasional exposure to heavy-duty chemical, thermal and mechanical attack.
