flexothane® CTW is a semi-flexible, hard wearing expansion joint sealant based on modified epoxy, polyurethane, tar and inert fillers. Due to its unique composition it is flexible yet hard and is resistant to a wide range of acids and alkalis. flexothane® CTW will bond to a damp substrate.
USES:
• flexothane® CTW is used for sealing low-movement construction joints in acid resistant construction such as acid brickwork and chemical resistant screeds. Because it will bond to a damp substrate, flexothane® CTW is ideal for use in not only new construction projects but also in repair and maintenance work. Also suitable for trafficked floor joints where constant wheel contact demands a high shore A hardness sealant.

flexothane® 65 P is a twin pack pourable PU compound designed to be used as a joint filler in floors where movement is limited and reinforcing of the edges of the joint is required. Due to its high compressive properties it helps reinforce the joint against the effect of wheeled traffic. It exhibits good resistance to cleaning solutions, mild acids and alkalis and oils.
USES:
• flexothane® 65 P can be used as a reinforcing joint filler for joints in floors designed to handle heavy wheeled traffic.

bitu.® joint putty is a filled, modified bitumen putty-like cold applied jointing compound.
USES:
• bitu.® joint putty is used for the sealing of low movement
vertical and inclined joints. Not suitable for joints under traffic conditions. bitu.® joint putty may also be used for open joints.

flexothane® 15 is a high performance low modulus moisture curing sealant. Based on hybrid technology it is both isocyanate and VOC free. flexothane® 15 has a good cure rate, has excellent moisture and oxidation resistance and exhibits excellent adhesion to cementitious, substrates, brick, stone, wood and ceramic tiles. It has a very low modules and high elongation and is recommended for use in areas were extreme movement is anticipated.
USES:
• flexothane® 15 can be used as a joint sealer and crack filler on cementitious surfaces and will provide a wide movement accommodation. It provides medium chemical, wear and corrosion resistance. A degree of colour change with time is to be expected. It is not recommended for use in water retaining structures.

• flexothane® 45 can be used as a general joint sealer on low movement joints, a crack filler on cementitious surfaces, and also as an adhesive on a wide range of substrates. It provides medium chemical, wear and corrosion resistance, while at the same time curing to a 45 Shore A hardness (±45 Shore A). A degree of colour change with time is to be expected.

USES:
• durakol® G HM is used for sealing expansion joints, stress relief joints and movement joints in building and other civil engineering structures. These include superstructures, reservoirs and potable water retaining structures, floors, basements and subways.
NOTE: For sewerage treatment and waste water structures use flexothane® G.

• flexothane® 27 can be used as a general joint sealer and crack filler on cementitious surfaces. It provides medium chemical, wear and corrosion resistance. A degree of colour change with time is to be expected. It is not recommended for use in water retaining structures. flexothane® 27 is overcoat able.
