Classicorr® Corrugated

• Classical Sinusoidal profile.
• Cover width = 762mm.
• Can be factory cranked to a curve and bullnosed to a wide range of radii.
ROOF PITCH :
• Minimum roof pitch is 10° provided the roof length from eaves to apex is less than 15 metres.
• For roof length from eaves to apex is over 15 metres a minimum roof pitch of 15° is recommended.
Tufdek® IBR

• Angular trapezoidal fluted profile sheet.
• IBR = Inverted Box Rib.
• Cover width = 686mm.
• Can be factory cranked to a curve and bullnosed to a wide range of radii.
ROOF PITCH :
• Minimum roof pitch is 5° provided the roof length from eaves to apex is less than 15 metres.
• For roof lengths over 15 metres a minimum roof pitch of 7,5° is recommended.
Fluteline®

• Trapezoidal profile sheet with excellent water-shedding capabilities.
• Cover width = 889mm.
• Can be factory cranked to a curve and bullnosed to a wide range of radii.
ROOF PITCH :
• Minimum roof pitch is 7,5° provided the roof slope is less than 15 metres.
• For roof slopes over 15 metres a minimum roof pitch of 10° is recommended.
Widedek®

• Similar in appearance to IBR profiled sheeting but with approximately 10% more cover width.
• Cover width = 760mm.
• Can be factory cranked to a curve and bullnosed to a wide range of radii.
ROOF PITCH :
• Minimum roof pitch is 7,5° provided the roof length from eaves to apex is less than 15 metres.
• For roof length from eaves to apex is over 15 metres a minimum roof pitch of 10° is recommended.
ADVANTAGES :
• The advantage of using Widedek® in place of IBR profile is in the wider cover width.
• To achieve the same coverage less sheets are required to be erected, thus saving time and labour.
Trimflute®

• Trimflute® is a subtle square fluted profile. The long flute gives the profile its strength with long spanning capabilities.
• Cover width = 1015mm
• Can be factory cranked to a curve and bullnosed to a wide range of radii.
ROOF PITCH :
• Minimum roof pitch is 7,5° provided the roof length from eaves to apex is less than 15 metres.
• For roof lengths 15 metres a minimum roof pitch of 10° is recommended.
ADVANTAGES :
• The advantage of using Trimflute® in place of IBR profile is in the covering due to its width.
• To achieve the same coverage less sheets are required to be erected, thus saving time and labour.
