Jayco M220 Acrylic Sealer
Jayco Acrylic Sealer is a one component sealant for use on joint sealing applications where movements of 5 to 10% are expected. This sealant is easy to apply and shows good adhesion.
Features:
• Single component, no mixing required.
• Primer-less - generally no priming is required. On verifiable concrete use Jayco Acrylic Sealer.
• Available in a range of colours.
• Excellent resistance to ultra violet degradation.
• Economical.
- May be used on damp surfaces
- May be over-painted with all conventional paints
Hybrid polymer sealants
Pekay GB89 Hybrid Polymer Sealant
Pekay GB89 is a Silyl terminated one part PU sealant with unique properties. It is environmentally Green, non-toxic, colour-stable and incorporates all the features of Polyurethane and Silicone sealants in one product. This product is ISOCYANATE FREE.

• Outstanding UV and weather resistance, may be used in Marine applications.

Pekay M508 is a flow grade, silane terminated polyether based hybrid joint sealant with unique properties. The
product is formulated as an abrasion resistant sealant with high shore hardness, suitable as a floor joint sealant.
It is environmentally green, non-toxic, colour stable and incorporates all the positive features of polyurethane and
silicone sealants all in one product.
Suitable in areas where spillage of Hydraulic Fluids, Petrol, Diesel and Aviation Fuel might occur. (not suitable for permanent immersion). M508 is silicone and isocyanate free.

Polyurethane sealants
Pekay M673 Thixotropic Polyurethane Joint Sealant
Pekay polyurethane joint sealants are a versatile range of new generation urethane-based elastomeric jointing compounds. They possess excellent adhesion characteristics and are able to withstand large joint movements with the minimum stress on the adhesive bond. These products are based on block PU polymers so they are easy to work with, being non-sensitive to moisture during cure.
Features:
• NOT SENSITIVE TO MOISTURE DURING CURE.
• Easy to mix and apply.
• Suitable for sewerage and water retaining structures in place of polysulfide sealants.
• Up to 100% elongation with full recovery at 25°C.
• Excellent oil, ozone and chemical resistance.
• Suitable for use without priming on a wide variety of substrates.
• May be used on trafficable surfaces.
• The product is formulated to closely match the requirements of SABS 1077-1984, although it is not Mark-bearing.
• Not based on MDI-isocyanate curing systems, so not water sensitive.
Polysulphide sealants
Jaycoflex M973 2 Part Polysulphide Sealant
A high quality elastomeric sealant for use in joints where a permanent seal against dust, dirt, water and wind is required. It may be used in expansion joints and well as normal joints up to 75mm in size. The product is ideally suited for movement joints in building and civil engineering structures such as reservoirs, taxi-ways, concrete floors, pipelines, canals, swimming pools and other water retaining structures, basements and high rise buildings.

• Excellent oil, fuel, ozone and chemical resistance.

Silicone sealants
GB87 Highway Silicone Sealant
GB87 Highway Silicone Sealant is a single component, low modulus Silicone based sealing compound specifically designed for the sealing of concrete expansion joints requiring optimal movement tolerance, unsurpassed tear resistance and resistance to cut growth, and high UV and chemical resistance. It is available in concrete grey and is supplied in ready to use 600ml foil sausages suitable for hand gun application, as well as bulk packing.

• Single component, convenient foil . sausage packing.
• Excellent adhesion to concrete substrates ( primer may be necessary - test first).
• Tough, elastic permanently flexible rubber when cured.
• Low modulus, with outstanding tear resistance.
• Unaffected by industrial waste gas, water and salt water, alcohols, petrol, diesel, oil, jet fuels etc.

Pekay M77 is an acetoxy curing universal sealant which cures with atmospheric moisture to a permanently elastic seal with outstanding resistance to UV, weathering, water, low and high temperatures.
Uses:
Sealing of joints between glass, ceramic, aluminium and rigid plastics. For bathroom, kitchen and sanitary applications. Sealing of gutters, down pipes, plumbing and general
bonding applications.
