Ivory 317 Hi Wear

IVORY 317 HI WEAR:
A technically advanced epoxy system containing graded
ceramic fillers, held uniformly in suspension in a select epoxy resin system to provide a long lasting lining to plant and equipment subject to a high degree of abrasive wear.
USES:
Any plant and equipment subject to erosion caused by
abrasion from process materials. Common areas of
application are feed chutes, spigots, pipe elbows, slurry lines, hoppers, chests, settling tanks, cyclones etc
BENEFITS:
- Cuts down time to a minimum, as most repairs are done
on site
- Extends life of costly plant and components
- Easy to mix and apply
- Can be applied to vertical and overhead surfaces and
areas in which compound shapes or difficult access
make the application of other wearing materials
impractical
- Water smoothable - lightly wetting trowel or gloved hand
gives a smooth finish
- Rapid cure - normally ready to use in 6 - 8 hours at
normal room temperature - less if heat is applied
Ivory 317LV Wearcote

IVORY 317LV WEARCOTE:
Ivory 317LV Wearcote is a new, high technology, brushable
composite designed to combine impact, abrasion and
corrosion resistance.
USES:
As an abrasion and corrosion resistant coating to pump
casings and impellers, heat exchangers, tanks, separators,
fan casings and blades, air ducting. Any surface subject to
erosion through corrosion and abrasion.
BENEFITS:
-Exceptional adhesion to steel, aluminium and stainless
steel
- Smooth gloss finish eliminates material "hang up" and
turbulence
- Easy to mix and apply
- Brushable consistency facilitates easy application even
in difficult access areas
- Good intercoat adhesion permits multi-coat applications
- Small voids easily filled eliminating cavitations
- Bonds positively to all clean and prepared surfaces
- High flexural strength ensures excellent performance in
vacuum vessels and on thin walled components
