The main purpose of sealants is to prevent air, water, and other environmental elements from entering or exiting a structure while permitting limited movement of the substrates.
Joint sealants are used to seal joints and gaps between two or more substrates, and are a critical component for modern building design and construction. Proper sealant selection also entails avoiding incompatibility between the sealant and the substrate. Improperly chosen sealants can cause staining or etching of the substrate and loss of sealant adhesion.
Hyperdesmo®-Particular
This polyurethane membrane is used for roof-details and seals outlets,used in conjuration with a geotextile. HYPERDESMO®-PARTICULAR is a thixotropic and fiber-reinforced, one component polyurethane liquid membrane used for waterproofing and protection of roof detail structures. Due to its unique formulation, it cures rapidly to form a bubble free thick layer membrane with excellent mechanical properties.
Hyperseal – 2KF
HYPERSEAL®-2K-F is a two component, horizontal grade polyurethane sealant ideal for large construction joints. Upon curing it produces a high performance pourable sealant that also provides significant waterproofing, with excellent resistance to various climatic and temperature conditions. Furthermore, the sealant has very good resistance to chemicals and other severe exposures.
Expandable Seal
Expandable seal is a solvent free, one component, polyurethane adhesive, with a thixotropic structure which makes the adhesive suitable for vertical application.The adhesive cures through reaction with moisture from the substrate and forms a strong, durable, water-resistant connection. It is slightly expandable and, therefore, offers complete sealing and provides thermal insulating properties.
