Type 1 screen
Type 1 vane:

This is made up two single vane slats type1. These slats are punched and assembled in a vertical and horizontal position and finished off with type 54 surrounds.
The module of this screen is variable from:
1. 30mm (at max. 2 lm) to 70mm on both the vertical and the horizontal.
2. 40mm (all screen sizes exceeding 2 lm) to 70mm on both the vertical and the horizontal.
Type 2 screen
Type 2 vane:

This is made up of single vane slats type 1 and type 2. The usual assembly configuration is slat type 2 in a vertical position and slat type 1 in a horizontal position and the screen is finished off with a type 50 surrounds.
The module of this screen is variable 30 to 70mm on the vertical slate and 50 to 70mm on the horizontal slat.
Type 3 screen
Type 3 vane:

Supply ex Hunter Douglas South Africa.
This is made up of one vertical slat type 1 and one slat type 1 bent down the length of the blade to form a type 3 vane and assembled in a horizontal position.
The screen is finished off with a type 54 surround. This module of the vertical is to 70mm and that of the horizontal slat variable 30 to 50mm depending on sun control needs.
