Jaycotorch Y908 Autotak
Y908 Jayco 2mm Self Adhesive is a pressure sensitive prefabricated membrane made of bitumen distillate modified with elastomeric polymers. The product is laid on a cross-reinforced oriented polypropylene base with a silicone coated release paper. It does not require heat activation; simply removing the silicone paper backing and laying it on previously primed surfaces will lead to a durable waterproof seal, stable down to -15°C.
The membrane is pressure sensitive on the base, and has a light sand finish on top, allowing it to be used under tiles, on balconies, in showers, capping thatched roofs, and in other areas where the use of flamed torchons is not possible. The product complies with Uni EN 13859-1 standard for self adhesive waterproofing membranes.

Y914 Jaycotorch is a prefabricated membrane made of bitumen distillate modified with elastomeric and plastomeric polymers, the product is reinforced with a dual carrier spun-bound non-woven polyester filament stabilized with fiberglass. The top surface is covered in small coloured stone chips, in various colours, to give a maintenance-free finish without further treatment.
The waterproofing compound obtained through the complete homogenization of bitumen distillate with
elastomeric and plastomeric polymers are added with special additives and stone chip covering.

Y924 Jaycotorch is a prefabricated membrane made of bitumen distillate modified with elastomeric and plastomeric polymers, the product is reinforced with a dual carrier spun-bound non-woven polyester filament stabilized with fiberglass.
The waterproofing compound is produced through the complete homogenization of bitumen distillate
with elastomeric and plastomeric polymers along with special additives.
Y924 has, in addition, additives that inhibit the passage of roots and organic growth, making it ideal for roof gardens, planters, and basements. These additives are non-leaching, and present no environmental risks.

Y902 Jaycotorch Underlay Extra is a prefabricated membrane made of bitumen distillate modified with
elastomeric and plastomeric polymers, the product is reinforced with a single strand polyester filament. It is designed for use as an underlay prior to application of 4mm Torchon membrane.
The waterproofing compound obtained through the complete homogenization of bitumen distillate with
elastomeric and plastomeric polymers are added with special additives.
